Whether you’re navigating challenges with your child, trying to parent differently than you were parented, or simply feeling overwhelmed, therapy can offer support, perspective, and space to reconnect with the parent you want to be.

You may be questioning yourself, wondering if you’re too much, not enough, or somehow both. I help clients quiet their inner critic and reconnect with who they are beneath the pressure to perform, achieve, or accommodate. As you build a deeper relationship with yourself, you can show up with more clarity and self-respect in all areas of your life.

TRAUMA & PARTS WORK

You may have parts of yourself that carry old pain—shame, fear, or protective behaviors that once kept you safe but now feel limiting. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), we’ll gently explore these parts at your pace, so you can begin healing without having to relive it all. The goal isn’t to erase your past, but to create more space and freedom in the present.

Sometimes you can’t point to a crisis, but you know you want something to shift. Therapy can be a space to slow down, listen inward, and get curious about who you are and what matters to you.
